Children swarm the streets to go door knocking and offering a choice of 'tricks' or 'treats'. A holiday where people were encouraged to embrace there more 'monstrous' sides to an extent. A time to pretend and dress up. A simple childish desire which people embrace for fun. Letting people of all types mix and enjoy the night of fun and excitement for the night with parties.
